These terms apply to paid KubeLab+ on https://kubelab.fr, operated by Logicite. One mock and flashcards stay free.

What you buy

KubeLab+ is a personal monthly subscription. It unlocks the other four CKAD mocks on a live isolated cluster, with retakes while the subscription is active. One mock stays free. It is practice, not the official Linux Foundation exam.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe issues the invoice.

Access

Access starts when payment succeeds. If no cluster is free, wait and start again — that does not add days to the month you paid for. Cluster disks are deleted when the session ends.

Cancel

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. After that, the paid mocks close. The free mock and flashcards stay.

Withdrawal

This is digital content supplied immediately. By paying you ask for performance to start at once. If you start a paid mock (Start session on a mock that is not free), you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that period under the Consumer Code rules for digital content.

Availability

We aim to stay up. Maintenance or an outage can stop a sitting. We do not guarantee a pass on the official exam. Work on the cluster is not kept after the session ends.

Law

These terms are governed by French law.
