Logicite processes the data needed to run kubelab.fr accounts, payments, and exam sessions.

What we store

Email and a password hash, or a Google account id if you continue with Google. Progress, exam scores, flashcard reviews, badges. Stripe customer and subscription ids if you pay. A short-lived session token so the in-browser terminal can attach to your cluster. Server logs (IP, time, path) for a short period.

Why

To create your account, take payment, start your cluster, score your work, and keep the site secure. Legal bases: contract (the service you asked for) and legitimate interest (abuse prevention).

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the card. Google authenticates you if you continue with Google (they send us your email and a stable account id). We do not sell your email. We do not run advertising pixels.

How long

Account data until you delete the account, then as long as invoices or security logs must be kept. Cluster disks are destroyed when the session ends.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the account page. For access, correction, or a copy, write to contact@kubelab.fr.
