CKA and CKAD exam changes, by Kubernetes version

The Linux Foundation moves the CKA and CKAD to a new Kubernetes version after each minor release. Each page here covers one move. It lists what changes for exam tasks: removed APIs, kubectl and kubeadm behavior, and curriculum weights. It also lists what stays the same. Every item comes from the official changelogs and curriculum files, and we check it by replaying our own mock questions on both versions.
